March 17 – March 23, 2009. Graz, Vienna, Vienna, Hartberg, Graz. On March 17 the movie I composed the soundtrack for had its premiere at the Diagonale in Graz/Austria. That was the first day of an awesome week of premieres people who were involved in making the film spent together. February 20, 2009. Wiener Neustadt. Some friends and I got into to the car to see a concert of Esteban’s in Wiener Neustadt as we knew that quite some other friends of ours would show up. Boff kept begging me for cigarettes and gave me free beer in return. We were only allowed to smoke outside (but it was pretty cold) or in the backstage room. January 29 – 30, 2008. Vienna – Saarbruecken – Vienna. So, after working on the soundtrack for the movie „Kleine Fische“ for quite some time, we finally went to the premiere in Saarbruecken/Germany this last week. January 18, 2009. Vienna – Munich. I heard about the Notwist shows in Munich in October or so and immediately decided to go there as it was gonna be one of their rare orchestra shows. Just a few days after my friend Alex, who works for the Notwist sent me a postcard from San Francisco where they were playing that night. I wrote him an email about the Munich shows and he told me, that I could bring along my friends and that he would put us on the guest list. November 13, 2008. Vienna, Schikaneder. Premiere of Heavy Metal in Baghdad presented by VICE. We just accidentaly came to the party that’s why these were shot on b/w film.
